Our Campus Reps are our strongest voice on college campuses across the United States.  We rely heavily on our Campus Reps to spread our message and organize students to make an IMPACT through meaningful community development both here and abroad.

So this is how it goes down. During the 23 days of our event, we throw four rockin’ parties for you. You are encouraged to join us at each for drink specials, giveaways and to meet some of the coolest people in town. Check the website for times and locations.

Fundraising (if you join our team)

We understand your popularity will go through the roof with your new mustache or colored hair, but the real reason we do this is for the kids. Your ability to fundraise will make a significant difference in the lives of these young men and women as Impact continues to grow.

To help you in this effort, each week we will be emailing you a catchy message that you can tweak and then send out to your friends, family and fan club to encourage them to support you. The email will explain what you are doing, why you are raising money and who the beneficiaries are. Or feel free to put together your own personalized campaign to send out. Get Your Friends Involved!

If you are participating in this year’s event, chances are you are a pretty gregarious person. Translated, that means you have a lot of friends. This event is always fun to do with people you know. And hitting the town with your peeps and your new looks will make a normally boring October a lot more exciting. So reach out and ask some friends to join you. Heck, if they say no you can at least guilt them into giving you a donation!

Dusk Dash – 5K Family Fun Run Supporting Impact edVentures

In consideration of participating in the 5K Dusk Dash Fun Run/Walk (the Run), I represent that I understand the nature of running events and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such an activity. I acknowledge and agree that, if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. Furthermore, I will comply with instructions as provided by the Run supervisors, I will follow the stated route, and I will not embark until support staff is in place and the Run route is officially opened.

I fully understand and agree that running events are inherently dangerous activities that involve risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “releases” named below or other causes; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the activity.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to sue OTF SA1, Inc. dba Orangetheory Fitness, Impact edVentures or their administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, employees, other participants, additional sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place (each considered one of the RELEASEES” herein) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, causes of action or damages of whatever kind or nature, arising from or related in any way to participation in the Run caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “releases” or other causes, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I make a claim against any of the “releases”, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the “releasees” from any loss, liability, damage or cost which may be incurred as the result of such claim, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This release, waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement shall be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of Colorado.

I have read the attached WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT for the Dusk Dash 5K Family Fun Run (the Run). I understand that I have given up substantial rights by singing it and have signed it freely and without inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all claims and liability to the greatest extent allowed by the law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

The race begins and ends at Redstone Park in Highlands Ranch (click here for map) on September 14th, 2013. The party goes from 530 to 10pm – you won’t want to miss it!

Spend an evening enjoying the early autumn breeze, good friends, a little exercise, and fantastic after-party with live music, games, food and drink from local vendors. For little more than the cost of a date night babysitter, you can run, scoot, stroll, and bike the whole family through this race. And glow sticks will keep everyone cheering through the finish line.

Prizes will be awarded to the top finisher in each category.  Additional prizes will go to the most glow-er-ific outfits on the course – we’re barely a month from Halloween, so get those costumes warmed up.

Families are experiencing adventures together – serving alongside each other and deepening their relational roots.  Students are engaged around the globe in experiences that transform their perspectives – about themselves and others.  Communities are being served in meaningful and sustainable ways that meet true needs in the midst of complex challenges.

We know learning happens when we get our hands dirty next to our global neighbors.  We are grateful to our partners.  It is through you that we send students otherwise unable to go.  It is through you that we develop facilities for our students and our global partners to continue the difficult task of development.  It is through you that we extend our Impact, engaging challenging more students to see the world you see and commit themselves to changing it one life at a time.

Our current needs are being developed in a strategic plan that addresses two particular campaigns:
